- Scheduling sessions
- Conducting 2-3 assessment sessions
- Allowing for potential reschedules
- Accounting for student attendance/engagement
Days 20-26: Parent interview/questionnaire
- Conduct parent interview or send parent questionnaire
- Can overlap with later assessment sessions
Days 25-29: Scoring
- Score all assessments
- Compile initial data
Days 30-36: Team consultation
- Share findings with other assessors
- Initial discussions of results
